Hickam FCU Mobile will allow you to access your account through two convenient ways:

Text Banking

Access your account via SMS (Short Message Service) text messages. It’s fast, convenient and practical, especially if you have an earlier model cellular device.

Call 218-6000 (on Oahu) or 1-866-903-4328 (Neighbor Islands and Continental U.S.) to access Hickam FCU Audio Response. Hickam FCU Audio Response is easy, convenient to use and available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. No more driving to the credit union and standing in line. Simply, pick up a touch-tone phone and access your account information instantly. Best of all, there is no charge to use Audio Response.

With Hickam FCU Audio Response, you’ll be able to:

  • Make balance inquiries
  • Transfer money between accounts
  • Verify deposits, withdrawals and checks cleared
  • Make payments to Hickam FCU loans
  • Obtain current products, services and rate information

How to use Hickam FCU Audio Response:

Have your member I.D. number (located on your statement under statement period) and Personal Identification Number (PIN) ready. Then, dial 218-6000 (on Oahu) or 1-866-903-4328 (toll-free from Neighbor Islands and the Continental U.S.). Wait for the greeting and then follow the voice prompted instructions. Listen for the following Hickam FCU Audio Response menu options:

Press 1 to access (your) Current Accounts Enter your Member I. D. number Enter your PIN (or the last 4-digits of your Social Security number if this is your first time using Hickam FCU Audio Response) You will then be offered a series of options depending on the accounts you have with the credit union. For example: To work with: “Savings”, Press 1, then listen for a series of Transaction Options. To work with: “Regular Checking”, Press 2, then listen for a series of Transaction Options.

Our members can use the Hoku ATM or Hoku CheckCard at any Hickam FCU-owned ATMs to withdraw cash and transfer funds free of charge. Click here to find an ATM near you.

And, in addition to the conveniently located Hickam FCU-owned ATMs, members can use the Hoku ATM and Hoku CheckCard to perform up to 9 surcharge-free transactions per month at several non-Hickam FCU ATMs. Click here to find these alternative locations.

With our Hoku CheckCard (also known as a debit card or check card), you can make purchases and have the amount deducted from your checking account without having to write a check. And, the best part is there is no annual fee.

Save time with automatic payroll deduction and direct deposit. It's safe, easy, and convenient. Plus, you may be eligible for a 0.25% discount on certain loans (ask us for details).

Routing/Transit Number

Hickam Federal Credit Union's Routing/Transit Number is: 321379106. This number is required for electronic transfer of funds such as direct deposit and automatic bill payments.

Payroll Deduction: You may have a portion of your paycheck sent automatically to Hickam FCU for deposit into one or more accounts, as specified. The amount of the payroll deduction may be raised or lowered at any time. To sign up for payroll deduction, please request the necessary forms from your payroll department, any Hickam FCU location, or contact us and a Member Consultant can assist you in getting the proper paperwork for setting up your payroll deduction.

Direct Deposit and Net-Check: If your place of employment offers this service, you may have a Net-Check Deposit, which automatically transmits your whole paycheck (less taxes and other deductions) to Hickam FCU. The Direct Deposit Program may be used for Social Security and other benefit/pension checks.
