ASSISTANT ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Under the general direction of the Accounting Manager, supervises the Accounting Assistants, maintains accounting records, including balancing the general and subsidiary ledgers and manage the integrity of the investment sub-ledgers. The qualified candidate shall possess a bachelors degree in Accounting with at least three years of accounting and supervisory experience or combination of education and work experience; working knowledge of Microsoft Office and knowledge of GAAP and GAAS.
ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER
Assists in the management of the daily operations and activities of the branch including training, security, provide member service by performing tellering, new accounts and lending functions. The successful candidate shall possess a minimum of 4 years of operational service with a financial institution; 2 years supervisory experience; and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
SENIOR CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
Under the general direction of the Call Center Manager assists the credit union’s members via telephone by providing quality, efficient and accurate member services by completing telephone inquiries, transactions and cross sell all products and services available to members. Assist the Call Center Manager in the supervision of the Call Center. Successful candidate shall possess at least 6 months experience in similar job function and/or responsibilities with a financial institution. Must have a working knowledge of computers with an emphasis on Microsoft Office. Must be able to communicate effectively and a positive image verbally and in writing to internal and external members.
MEMBER RELATIONS OFFICER
Responsible for underwriting member loans and opening deposit accounts. Successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, at least 2 years experience as a loan officer or 2 years in a new accounts position at a financial institution.
TELLERS
Provide excellent and friendly member service by receiving and dispersing negotiable instruments efficiently, processing transfers and payments while cross-selling credit union products and services. The ideal candidate shall possess a minimum of 6 months cash handling experience; 10 key by touch or sight and typing at 40-45 wpm.
CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE (F/T & P/T)
Seeking a professional, courteous, efficient, accurate, and a smiling voice individual to join our team to assist our membership with telephone inquiries and transactions. Successful candidate shall possess at least 6 months experience in similar position with a financial institution, or equivalent education and work experience; must have a working knowledge of computers with an emphasis on Microsoft Office.
